The widget is blank
The widget downloads the Hukamnama itself. If it couldn't connect the last time it tried, it shows a message instead of the verse.
You might see Open Simran app to view today's Hukamnama, or Loading Hukamnama.... Try these in order:
- Check you have a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
- Open Simran once, then go back to your home screen.
- Remove the widget and add it again.
- Restart your phone.
- Update Simran from the App Store or Google Play.
The widget works without signing in, so you don't need an account for it.
