Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email
If you hid your email when you signed in with Apple, your account is still safe. It belongs to your Apple ID, not to an email address.
When you choose Hide My Email, Apple gives Simran a private address ending in privaterelay.appleid.com instead of your real one. Apple forwards anything sent there to your real inbox.
Simran doesn't use that address to find your account. It uses your Apple ID. So you never need to know or type the hidden address.
On a new iPhone
- Make sure the new iPhone is signed in to the same Apple ID.
- Open Simran, tap Log in on the welcome screen, then Continue with Apple.
Your account, progress and subscription come back.
Please don't use Google or your email instead
Signing in with Google or with your real email address makes a separate, empty account, because those are different ways in. Always use Continue with Apple.
