Get a refund
Start at refund.simranapp.com. It sends you the right way for how you paid.
App Store (iPhone)
Only Apple can refund App Store purchases. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose the Simran charge and pick a reason. Apple usually decides within a couple of days.
Google Play (Android)
We process these ourselves. Send us the order number from your Google Play receipt email (it starts with GPA.) at refund.simranapp.com or by email. Google emails you when the refund is issued, and the subscription ends.

Tap Refund me on the manage page. It refunds on the spot and ends the subscription.
