Find your Account ID

When you write to us, your Account ID is the quickest way for us to find your account, even if you're a guest.

  1. Open Simran and tap the Me tab, then the gear icon in the top corner to open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the very bottom. Under the version number you'll see ID: followed by a long code.
  3. Tap the ID to copy it, then paste it into your message.
